· Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

· U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
· International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs clearance.
· Once a package is handed to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.), delivery is their responsibility. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us — we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Refunds

· Refunds are available if your product arrives defective or damaged.
· Exchanges or refunds are allowed for manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.
· Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
· Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for eligibility.
