· You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

· Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after processing.

· We ship using USPS and FedEx.

International Shipping

· Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

· Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

· Once we hand your package to the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility.

· If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll work with you and may offer a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Items Only – Original Packaging Required

· We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged and is still in its original, unopened packaging.

· If your bedsheets or accessories arrive with visible damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

· Requests must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

General Return Policy

· We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size preference, or any reason other than verified shipping damage.

· Returns or refunds are not available after 30 days from the delivery date.

Refund Process

· To request a refund, email us at msglee@hotmail.com with your order number and damage photos.

· Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, ApplePay, or credit card) within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
