Returns & Refunds
If your order arrived damaged, message me within 5 days upon arrival with a picture attached to the message corresponding to the damaged section on the product, in order for me to be able to solve the issue. If a picture is not attached to the message, I will not be able to solve the issue. If I have agreed to replace the item, please allow at least 5 business days for me to ship the item.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Shipping
Item will be shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends since the USPS is closed Saturday & Sunday).
Note: The USPS is closed on weekends, therefore, if you receive a notification that your item was shipped on Saturday or Sunday, please be aware that it will be accepted by the post office on Monday. That being said, the USPS can also take up to 72 hours to accept and process packages that have already been dropped off (business days). Thus, if you receive a notification that your order has been shipped and you notice that it still has not been accepted, please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be updated (business days).
